Analysis of the effectiveness of teamwork within the organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem efektivity pracovních týmů. Jedná se o téma velice diskutované, neboť každý vedoucí restaurace se v dnešní době snaží sestavit takový tým, který bude co nejlépe odpovídat potřebám hosta a který posune danou restaurace v konkurenceschopnosti někam výše. Cílem práce tedy je zjistit, jak pracují pracovní týmy ve dvou restauracích a jaká je jejich efektivita. Na základě analýzy jednotlivých částí celkové problematiky následně provedu syntézu jak získaných poznatků, tak i získaných poznatků z praxe. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. V teoretické části je shrnuta problematika tvorby pracovních tým, jsou zde uvedeny možnosti jejich obsazení, úskalí, která mohou práci týmů nabourat a také výběru vedoucího či synergického efektu. V analytické části je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, na základě kterého lze získat informace o činnosti pracovních týmů a spokojenosti pracovníků. V návrhové části jsou představeny návrhy a postoje autorky k dané problematice.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of effectiveness of work teams. This is a much debated topic, because every restaurant manager is nowadays trying to put together a team that will best meet the needs of the guest and the restaurant which shifts in competitiveness somewhere above. The aim of the thesis is to find out how they work in teams of two restaurants and what is their effectiveness. Based on the analysis of individual parts of the overall problem then conduct the synthesis of acquired knowledge and lessons learned from the experience. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical , analytical and design. In the theoretical section summarizes the issue of job team, here are the possibilities of their occupation, pitfalls that can hack work teams and team manager or synergistic effect. The analytical part of the questionnaire survey, making it possible to obtain information on the activities of teams and staff satisfaction. In the design section presents suggestions and attitudes of the author on the matter.
