Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je „Akademie rozhodčích ledního hokeje“. Hlavním cílem je vyhodnotit působení Akademie na rozhodčí zařazené do tohoto programu. V teoretické části se zabývám poznatky z literatury, především historií, rozhodčími a Akademií. V empirické části pomocí ankety zhodnocuji účinek projektu na rozhodčí. Abstract:
The theme of the Bachelor thesis is „The Academy of The Referees of Ice Hockey“. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effect of the Academy on the referees who are part of their program. In the theoretical part I deal with the literature, mainly with history, referees and the Academy itself. In the empirical part I evaluate the impact of the project on the referees based on a survey.
