Methodology of practicing shooting Juniors and its verification in practice

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavit soubor průpravných a herních cvičení určených pro nácvik a zdokonalení střelby v házené a jejich následné ověření praxi. Jako testovaný soubor jsem si vybral dorostenecké družstvo Talentu M.A.T Plzeň. Metodika nácviku střelby obsahuje střelecká cvičení z výskoku, ze země a střelecká cvičení z jednotlivých pozic křídlo, pivot, spojka. Vše bylo ověřeno v praxi prostřednictvím odborného pozorování, kde jsem se zaměřil na úspěšnost střeleckých pokusů. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na vývoj házené jak u nás tak i ve světě. Dále jsem se zmínil o základních pravidlech házené. Kromě toho jsem se v teoretické části zaměřil také na biomechanické provedení střelby, systematiku střelby a na využitelné formy nácviku. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na vytvoření metodiky nácviku střelby a její ověření v praxi.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to compile a set of training and game exercises designed to improve shooting in handball and their subsequent practical validation. As the test file, I worked with the Juniors team of Talent M.A.T Plzeň. Methodology of practicing shooting deals with shooting exercises from both the jump and the ground as well as shooting exercises from various positions wing, pivot, back. Everything was verified in practice through professional observation, where I focused on the success of shooting attempts. This work is divided into two basic parts, the theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I focused on the development of handball not only in our country but also in the world. Furthermore, I mentioned the basic rules of handball. In addition, in the theoretical part I also focused on the biomechanical shooting performing, the taxonomy of shooting and the usable forms of training. In the practical part I dealt with creating a methodology of shooting training and its verification in practice.
