Changes in the landscape structure evaluated from aerial photographs and satellite images

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá sestavením map druhů povrchů a jejich využitím k identifikování struktury krajiny za pomoci tzv. krajinných indexů. Vstupními daty byly dva multispektrální snímky z družice Landsat z let 1987 a 2007, na kterých byla provedena řízená klasifikace s přesností 93,5 % resp. 94 %. Nejlépe byly klasifikovány třídy vodních ploch a polí s převládající odrazivostí půdního substrátu s nízkou vlhkostí, naopak nejhůře třídy zástavby a polí s převládající odrazivostí půdního substrátu. Výsledky klasifikace byly zobrazeny v mapové kompozici. Ze shlazených klasifikovaných snímků byly vypočteny vybrané krajinné indexy a bylo provedeno jejich porovnání. Na základě těchto indexů došlo mezi studovanými obdobímí k nárůstu průměrné hodnoty diverzity i relativní bohatosti v území. Nakonec byly hodnoceny změny v území a jejich možné příčiny.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the composition of land cover maps and its use for the identification of the landscape structure by using landscape indices. Entrance sets of data are two multi-spectral Landsat images from years 1987 and 2007. The supervised classification with the accuracy 93,5 % and 94 % was applied on this images. Classes of water bodies and field with the dominant reflectance of soil with low humidity were the most accurately classified classes. Classes of build-up areas and field with the dominant reflectance of soil were the worst classified. The results of classification were represented in the map composition. The landscape indices were applied on the filtered images and its comparison was made. According to these indices there was a rise in diversity and relative richness between the studied years. At the end of the work, changes of the landscape pattern of the area and its supposable causes were evaluated.
