Abstract:
This bachelor thesis concerns with a priority of French foreign policy – Sub-Saharan Africa – and examines reflection of this priority in the United Nations, specifically the degree of French engagement in the operations of the Security Council in the area of Sub-Saharan Africa in defined period 1995 – 2011, which means presidential terms of Jacques Chirac and Nicolas Sarkozy.
