Groundwater in area of Unipetrol Company, Litvínov

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na proudění podzemních vod v areálu firmy Unipetrol u Litvínova. Zájmová oblast leží jižně od města Litvínov. Je zde prokázána kontaminace horninového prostředí, jelikož se v areálu zpracovává ropa a petrochemie. Úvodní kapitoly bakalářské práce se věnují stručného popisu vzniku firmy, lokalizace, zdroji kontaminace, detailnímu popisu přírodních poměrů a seznámení se s kontaminanty v areálu. Z těchto zdrojů se vychází při rekonstrukci následujících kapitol. Je vytvořen detailní popis proudění podzemních vod, k němuž byla nakreslena mapa hydroizohyps. Dále byla vypočítána potenciální rychlost šíření kontaminace.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is focused on groundwater flowing in Unipetrol are near Litvinov. The area of interest is located south of the town of Litvinov. There is the contamination of geologic environment proved as the oil and petrochemicals are treated here. The introductory chapters deal with a brief description of the establishment of the company, localization and sources of contamination, the detailerd description of the environment and introduction of the contaminants in the area. The following chapters stem from these sources. The main focus is on the detailed description of the underground flows. For that purpose a map of equipotential line was created. Further, the potential velocity of the spreading of the contamination was researched.
