Abstract:
Práce pojednává o problematice spojené s neplacením výživného ve vztahu rodič - dítě. Tato oblast je v dnešní době aktuálním tématem, vzhledem k počtu rodičů ne-hradících výživné. V teoretické části práce je vymezena právní úprava, která se touto oblastí zaobírá. The work deals with the issue of avoiding the maintenance obligation in the relation to children. Regarding the number of parents avoiding the payments, it is quite a problem these days. The theoretical part describes the legislation concerning this field.
