Abstract:
Rigorózní práce pojednává o přípravě nové ústavy Československé republiky odehrávající se mezi lety 1946 a 1948. V kontextu poválečných změn analyzuje přístup jednotlivých hlavních aktérů, a to od vzniku Ústavodárného národního shromáždění až po tzv. únorové události, které do značné míry určily finální podobu ústavy. Abstract:
The rigorous thesis deals with the preparation of a new constitution of the Czechoslovak Republic taking place between the years 1946 and 1948. In the context of post-war changes, it analyses the approach of individual main actors, from the establishment of the Constituent National Assembly to the so-called February events, which largely determined the final form of the constitution.
