Health effects of coffee and new coffee products
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o charakteristice kávy a jejich zdravotních účincích na lidském organizmu. Zabývá se složením a výrobou kávy. Cílem bylo sjednotit různé studie, které zkoumaly zdravotní účinky kávy a nalezení nových kávových výrobků s popsáním jejich významných látek, které mají zdravotní vliv na lidský organizmus.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes the characteristics of coffe and their health effects on human body. Desribes the composition and production of coffee. The aim was to unify the various studies that have examined the health effects of coffee and finding a new coffee products, describing the important compounds that have health effects on the human body.
