Pohledový beton z korozivního a technologického hlediska

Abstract:

Pohledový beton je materiál, jehož intenzita používání v pozemním stavitelství vzrůstá. Jedná se o beton, u kterého jsou na rozdíl od konstrukčního betonu kladeny vyšší nároky na vzhled, což s sebou přináší technická specifika. Pohledovost betonu je ovlivněna volbou kvalitních materiálů, pečlivou technologií provádění a šetrnou údržbou a ošetřováním. Povrch pohledového betonu je ohrožován zejména atmosférickými vlivy, a to v závislosti na technologickém provedení. Důležitými hledisky definující povrch betonu jsou pórovitost, struktura a barevnost povrchu. Pozornost je věnována konkrétním defektům na vybraných stavbách reprezentující nejčastější zastoupení pohledového betonu. Jsou jimi opěrná zeď v prostředí městské aglomerace, odstraňování tolik nenáviděných graffiti a příklad toho, jaké stavby se dají z pohledového betonu vybudovat. Agresivní prostředí, zejména oxid uhličitý, má značný dopad na kvalitu pohledových povrchů i na konstrukci ze statického hlediska. Stejný dopad má i výběr vstupních surovin a kvalita provedení. Závěrem můžeme říci, že úspěšné provedení konstrukce z pohledového betonu je technologicky i finančně náročnější než provedení konstrukčního betonu. Ovšem v případě kvalitní realizace a nezanedbání údržby se jedná o jedinečný povrch nabízející širší spektrum možností a použití než kterýkoliv jiný materiál.

Abstract:

Exposed concrete is a type of material, whose intensity of use in building construction increases. This is a concrete, in which, unlike structural concrete higher demands on appearance, which includes technical specifics. Visual perfection of concrete is influenced by the choice of quality materials, meticulous technology implementation and maintenance friendly and the management. Surface of exposed concrete is threatened mainly by atmospheric effects, depending on the technological implementation. Important aspects of defining concrete surface are porosity, surface texture and color. Attention is paid to specific defects in selected buildings representing the most common representation of architectural concrete. There are retaining wall in an urban agglomeration, removing hated graffiti and example of buildings, which could be built from exposed concrete. Aggressive environments, especially carbon dioxide, has a significant impact on the quality of the visible surfaces, and the construction of a static point of view. The same effect has the choice of raw materials and quality of workmanship. In conclusion we can say that successful implementation of construction from exposed concrete is technologically and financially more difficult than the design of structural concrete. However, in case of quality implementation and realization we have a unique surface offering a wider range of options and applications than any other material.
