The Archeological monuments preservation in the State Care of Monuments Act
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na památkovou péči, speciálně na oblast archeologie. Věnuje se problematice výkonu památkové péče prostřednictvím současné právní úpravy a poukazuje na její nedostatečnost pro potřeby ochrany archeologického dědictví i plnění mezinárodních úmluv, kterými je Česká republika vázána.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on a historic monuments preservation, especially on an archeology area. It pays attention to a monuments preservation execution area through current legislation and points out its insufficiency for the purpose of archeology legacy preservation as well as fulfilment of international contracts Czech Republic has committed to.
