Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje vznik pracovního poměru, který zakládá pracovní smlouva. Hlavním část práce se věnuje vzniku pracovního poměru a jeho náležitostem. Teoretická část řeší pracovněprávními vztah, pracovní poměr, pracovní smlouvu, zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele, jejím právům a povinnostem. Praktická část analyzuje vybranou společnost a její proces nástupu zaměstnance do pracovního poměru.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis describes the creation of an employment relationship, which is based on the employment contract. The main part of the work is devoted to the creation of employment relationship and its essentials. The theoretical part deals with labor relations, employment, employment contract, employees and employers, their rights and obligations. The practical part analyzes the selected company …more
