Abstract:

ŠIMKOVÁ, Denisa. Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče u seniora s hlubokou žilní trombózou. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Jana Hlinovská, Ph.D. Praha. 2021. 60 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je komplexní ošetřovatelská péče u seniora s hlubokou žilní trombózou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku onemocnění, rizikové faktory, prevenci, příznaky, komplikace, diagnostiku a léčbu. V rámci holistické psychologie je vypracována ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s hlubokou žilní trombózou. Praktická část mapuje ošetřovatelskou péči u seniora s hlubokou žilní trombózou a práce je vypracována formou kazuistiky za využití modelu Marjory Gordon. V praktické části byl vybrán pacient, který byl hospitalizován z důvodu onemocnění hluboké žilní trombózy. Diagnózy jsou stanoveny dle závažnosti a u vybraných diagnóz je vypracován plán ošetřovatelské péče, realizace, cíle a celkové zhodnocení. Na konci praktické části jsou vypracovány doporučení pro praxi pacienta, všeobecné sestry a rodinné příslušníky. Výstupem do klinické ošetřovatelské praxe je edukační leták o zásadách aplikace antikoagulancií subkutánně. Leták je určen pro pacienty, kteří mají od lékaře předepsanou antikoagulační terapii.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is comprehensive nursing care for a senior with deep vein thrombosis. The thesis is divided into two parts – a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the disease, risk factors, prevention, causes, complications, diagnosis and treatment. In terms of the holistic psychology, the nursing care of a patient with deep vein thrombosis and its specifics is created. The practical part surveys the nursing care of a senior with deep vein thrombosis and is elaborated in casuistic form according to the model by Majory Gordon. In the practical part, the patient hospitalized with the deep vein thrombosis, was selected and diagnosed. The diagnoses are established by its severance and the plan of nursing care, realization, goals and overall evaluation is created. At the end the recommendations for practice, patients and family members are processed. The outcome to the clinic nursing practice is the educational leaflet about the principles of subcutaneous anticoagulants application. The leaflet is intended to the patients who are subscribed to the anticoagulants therapy.
