Management of chosen sports event
Abstract:
V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval managementem, řízením, popisem organizace a principů sportovní události Běh o pohár Jehnic. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů, týkajících se managementu a charakterizuje funkce a role manažera. V praktické části je podrobně popsán postup organizace a jednotlivé fáze akce. Dále je zde definovaná organizační struktura a financování závodu.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I deal with management, controlling, description of organization and principles of sport event Běh o pohár Jednic. The theoretical part is focused on defining the terms relating to management and describes the functions and role of manager.
