Bakalárska práca v prvej kapitole popisuje účtovné výkazy ako východisko pre každú finančnú analýzu. V ďalšej časti uvádza ukazovatele, ktorými je možné analyzovať výsledok hospodárenia podniku a to v členení na jednoduché ukazovatele a ekonomickú pridanú hodnotu.
