Use of non-recyclable wastes from the production of Velké Březno brewery

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití nerecyklovatelných odpadů z produkce pivovaru Velké Březno, se zaměřením na mláto, kvasnice a odpadní křemelinu. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout využití těchto odpadů s ohledem na ekonomiku podniku a docílit tím přechod na oběhové hospodářství. Byla vypracována teoretická rešerše na výrobu piva a možnosti využití odpadů z pivovarnictví. Na základě rešerše, byla analyzována situace v pivovaru Velké Březno a navrženy ekonomičtější možnosti využití nerecyklovatelných odpadů. Všechny možnosti jsem zhodnotila po ekonomické stránce a v závěru jsem uvedla nejlepší využití odpadů. Mláto využívat nadále jako krmivo, u kvasnic se pokusit zvýšit cenu za dodaný hl a u křemeliny se zaměřit na využití při sanacích oblastí. Tyto možnosti povedou ke zlepšení ekonomických podmínek a k využívání velkého množství nerecyklovatelného odpadu jako druhotné suroviny.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the possibilities of using non-recyclable waste from the Velke Brezno brewery, focusing on malt, yeast and waste kieselguhr. The aim of the thesis was to propose the use of these wastes with regard to the economy of the company and to achieve the transition to the circulation economy. A theoretical search for beer production and the possibility of using waste from brewing was elaborated. Based on a search, the situation in the Brewery Velké Březno was analyzed and the more economical possibilities of using non-recyclable waste were proposed. I have evaluated all the possibilities economically and at the end I introduced the best use of waste. Malt to continue to use as a feed, in yeast try to increase the price for delivered hl and for the kieselguhr to focus on the use in the diatomaceous earth. These possibilities will lead to improved economic conditions and the use of large quantities of non-recyclable waste as a secondary raw material.
