Na Fakulte Informatiky a Ústavu výpočetní techniky Masarykovy univerzity sa už dlhšiu dobu vyvíja aplikácia haptickej (hmatovej) interakcie dvoch molekúl. Jej cieľom je simulovať interakcie dvoch molekúl a pomocou haptického rozhrania umožniť užívateľovi ovládať jednu z nich.
