Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vyhledávání a vývoj klíčových faktorů úspěchu BDP International RSC s.r.o. (Logistická společnost), jakož i analýza rozvojové strategie, která by umožnila v této fázi vývoje udržet a zlepšovat konkurenceschopnost, kvalitu služeb, bezpečnosti a trasových sítí. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou klíčových faktorů úspěchu ve specifické společnosti, která je mezinárodní logistickou společností. V praktické části byla analyzována vyše zmíněna společnost. Vzhledem k tomu, že její operace a aktivity jsou úzce spojeny s BDP International, která je také předmětem analyzy v praktické části. Analýza rozhovorů ukazuje, že faktory ovlivňující úspěch a konkurenční výhody leží v hodnotách respektovaných společností BDP. Jedná se o rodinný přístup jak k zákazníkům tak i k zaměstnancům, maximální spokojenost zákazníků, odborné znalosti, specializace v chemickém průmyslu atd., což odlišujé společnost BDP od svých soupeřů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is the search and development of key success factors for BDP International RSC s.r.o. (logistic company), as well as a development strategy that would allow at this stage of development to maintain and improve competitiveness, improve the quality of services and safety and improve route networks. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of key factors of success in a specific company that is an international logistics company. In the practical part the logistics company BDP RSC s.r.o. was analysed. Since its operations and activities are found to be closely linked to BDP International that is introduced in the practical part, as well. The analysis of the interviews shows that the factors influencing the success factor and competitive advantage, lie in the values respected by BDP companies. It is a family approach to both customers and employees, maximum customer satisfaction, knowledge expertise, specialization in the chemical industry, etc., which distinguishes BDP company from the competition.
