The Gulf War in 1991 from the perspective of USA
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá průběhem První války v Perském zálivu z pohledu Spojených států. Hlavními cíli je přiblížit, jaké události tomuto konfliktu předcházely. Poté se soustředí na průběh samotného konfliktu mezi Spojenými státy a širokou koalicí proti Iráku.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis examined Gulf War from the USA perspective. It examined war techniques, strategy and politics of the USA in this conflict and aswell focused on main causes of the USA involvement. Afterwards it focused on the cours of the war itself and on particular war operations. In the end of this thesis the causes of defeating Iraq and consequences of Gulf war on the USA are examined.
