Rigorózní práce se zabývá otázkou poskytování právní pomoci nemajetným v podmínkách České republiky za situace, kdy neexistuje samostatný právní předpis upravující tuto problematiku. The work is concerned with a question of providing legal aid to the low-income people in the Czech republic in a situation where there is no separate legislation governing this issue.
