Insolvency proceedings of betting company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem insolvenčního řízení v České republice, který se v současnosti řídí insolvenčním zákonem. Snahou je poskytnout ucelený přehled o problematice insolvence. Nezabývá se však pouze procesem vzniku insolvence a insolvenčního řízení, ale hledá také preventivní opatření, jak těmto situacím předcházet. Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část se zabývá úpadkem společnosti, subjekty řízení, historickým pohledem na legislativu a aktuální právní úpravou. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na samotný průběh insolvečního řízení a jeho jednotlivých fází. Na základě získaných teoretických poznatků je ve třetí části pak popsán průběh insolvečního řízení společnosti Sazka a.s. Dále zde dochází k představení základních modelů finanční analýzy a následné vypočítání a vyhodnocení ukazatelů za poslední tři roky, týkajících se skutečné analýzy společnosti Sazka a.s. Poslední část práce rekapituluje a hodnotí poznatky.

Abstract:

This thesis examines the process of insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic, which is currently governed by the Insolvency Act. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of the issue of insolvency. It does not however only the process of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, but also searches for preventive measures to avoid such situations. This work is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the decline of the company, entity management, the historical view of current legislation and legislation. The second part focuses on the actual course of insolvency proceedings and its phases. On the basis of theoretical knowledge is in the third section describes the process of insolvency proceedings Sazka as Furthermore, there is a presentation of the basic models, financial analysis and subsequent calculating and evaluation indicators for the last three years relating to real analysis Sazka as the last part summarizes and evaluates the findings.
