Development of crisis and the rescue in the enterprise

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce nazvané "Krizový vývoj a sanace v podniku" je rozbor, identifikace a analýza krizového vývoje a jeho řešení v podniku Malus s.r.o. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska týkající se krizového vývoje, dále je pozornost věnována finanční analýze a sanaci podniku. Druhá část práce je věnována krizovému vývoji podniku Malus s.r.o. Krizový vývoj je identifikován pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy, je sledován jeho průběh, příčiny a možnosti sanace podniku.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor's thesis named “Development of crisis and the rescue in the enterprise” is an exploration, identification and analysis of development of crisis and its solution in Malus s.r.o. The first part of the thesis is focused on the view into theoretical principles of development of crisis. Subsequently, attention is drawn to the financial analysis and to the rescue in the enterprise. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the development of crisis in Malus s.r.o. The development of crisis is identified using selected indicators of financial analysis. The process of the development of crisis, its causes and possibilities of rescue in the enterprise are pursued.
