Prevention of back pain during pregnancy in antenatal centers from the perspective of physiotherapy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí bolesti zad v těhotenství v předporodních centrech z pohledu fyzioterapie. Skládá se z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na změny v organismu těhotné ženy, na problematiku bolesti zad v těhotenství a na její prevenci. Praktická část práce zahrnuje aspekční šetření v hodinách cvičení pro těhotné v předporodních centrech a dotazníkové šetření v těchto centrech. Cílem práce bylo zjistit situaci ve vybraných předporodních centrech v prevenci bolesti zad z pohledu fyzioterapie. Dílčím cílem bylo pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjistit prevalenci bolesti zad v těhotenství v těchto centrech a faktory, které mohou mít na bolest zad vliv.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals prevention of back pain during pregnancy in antenatal centers from the perspective of physiotherapy. It consists of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on changes in organism of pregnant woman, back pain issues and back pain prevention during pregnancy. The practical part of the thesis includes observational research in exercise class for pregnant women in antenatal centers and questionnaire survey in these centers. Aim of thesis was to find out situations in back pain prevention in chosen antenatal centers from the perspective of physiotherapy. Another aim was to find out prevalence of back pain during pregnancy in these centers and factors, which may have effects on back pain, using questionnaire survey.
