Factors influencing the level of reading strategies of pupils of secondary schools with technical specialization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá činiteli ovlivňujícími čtenářské strategie a čtenářskou gramotnost. V teoretické části popisujeme čtenářskou gramotnost a čtenářské strategie v souvislosti se čtením k porozumění, kognitivními schopnostmi a metakognicí. Dále se věnujeme popisu pojmů souvisejících se čtenářskou gramotností, a to gramotnost, funkční gramotnost, čtenářské kompetence, čtenář, čtení, čtenářství, učení z textu, organizační formy výuky a výukové metody a dále se zaměřujeme na formu státní maturitní zkoušky z českého jazyka a literatury. V praktické části práce jsme si stanovili za cíl analyzovat obsah žákovských a školních maturitních seznamů literárních děl středních odborných škol technických ukončených maturitní zkouškou pomocí obsahové analýzy dokumentu. Dále jsme si dali za cíl zjistit, jací činitelé ovlivňují čtenářství, čtenářskou gramotnost a čtenářské strategie žáků vybraných středních odborných škol s technickým zaměřením formou dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the factors influencing reading strategies and reading literacy. In the theoretical part we describe reading literacy and reading strategies in connection with reading comprehension, cognitive skills and metacognition. We also describe concepts related to reading literacy, namely literacy, functional literacy, reading competencies, reader, reading, reading, text learning, organizational forms of teaching and teaching methods, and we also focus on the form of the state school-leaving examination in Czech language and literature. . In the practical part of the work, we set ourselves the goal of analyzing the content of student and school graduation lists of literary works of secondary technical vocational schools completed by the graduation exam using the content analysis of the document. We also aimed to find out what factors affect reading, reading literacy and reading strategies of students of selected secondary vocational schools with a technical focus in the form of a questionnaire survey.
