Establishment of a start-up company in the field of painting work

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na založení start-upové společnosti v oblasti malířských prací. První část této diplomové práce je zaměřena na základní pojmy o podniku, podnikání a podnikatelském plánu. Další část této práce se zabývá marketingovou a cenovou strategií, personálním plánem a finančním plánem. Cílem práce je vypracovat postup komplexního uvedení firmy na trh. Počínaje jejím založením, uvedením na trh, náboru zaměstnanců, zavedením ekonomického systému, tvorbě marketingové strategie, nastavením podnikové struktury a následně stanovení procesů ve firmě.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the establishment of a start-up company in the field of painting works. The first part of this thesis is focused on the basic concepts of the company, entrepreneurship, and business plan. Another part of this work deals with marketing and pricing strategy, personnel plan and financial plan. The goal of the thesis is to develop a procedure for a comprehensive introduction of the company to the market. Starting with its establishment, launch on the market, recruitment of employees, introduction of the economic system, creation of a marketing strategy, setting up the corporate structure and then determining the processes in the company.
