The effectiveness of means of communication in the company

Anotace:

This thesis focuses on internal communication within the company and its effective tool. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to internal communication, practical part focuses on the performance of communication channels in the telecommunication companies and sub-goal is to find employee perceptions of corporate communications settings and their satisfaction with it, for it was selected technology survey.
