The opportunities of cooperation non-profit organization and local authorities in terms of performance social and legal protection of children

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je popsat možnosti spolupráce orgánů místní samosprávy a neziskových organizací v oblasti sociálně právní ochrany dětí. S ohledem na toto zaměření jsou v práci rozebrány pojmy: sociálně právní ochrana dětí-orgány, které ji vykonávají a okruh jejich činností. Dalším pojmem jsou neziskové organizace ? jednotlivé typy a organizace, které pracují s dětmi a mládeži. Popsána je zde také definice a funkce rodiny, s ohledem na určení její nefunkčností, s nimiž je zahájena spolupráce. Rozebrány jsou také orgány místní samosprávy, pojem obec, povinnosti obecního úřadu. V závěru jsou uvedeny jednotlivé možnosti spolupráce neziskových organizací a orgánů místní samosprávy.

Abstract:

The main aim of this thesis is to outline the possibilities of cooperation of local authorities and non-profit organizations in the area of child protection. With respect to this focus, the work discussed these concepts: social and legal protection of children-bodies that perform and scope of their activities. Other concepts are non-profit organizations - the types and organizations that work with children and young people. The definition and function of the family is also described here, with a view to identifying the malfunction with which it initiated cooperation. The thesis analyzes also local authorities, the concept of community, municipal office duties. In conclusion the various possibilities of cooperation of non-profit organizations and local authorities are described.
