V bakalářské práci se věnuji institutům majetku manželů, které jsou upravitelné formou smluv. Zabývám se možností změny majetkové správy a struktury, především při podnikatelských zájmech. Cílem je přiblížit právní možnosti budoucích manželů či stávajících manželských párů pro ochranu jejich věcného práva a vlastnictví. The bachelor thesis deals with the institute of property of spouses, which are editable in the form of contracts. I deal with the possibility of changing property management and structure, especially with business interests.
