Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem adopce dětí homosexuálními páry a reflexí této možnosti v rozpravách v PS PČR. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení pojmů rodiny, příbuzenství, partnerství a manželství a dále seznámí čtenáře s teoretickými přístupy o rodině, podobu a problematiku homosexuálních rodin. Analytická část se věnuje analýze rozprav PS PČR týkající se Zákona o registrovaném partnerství. …more

This batchelor thesis deals with the LGBT adoption and reflection of this possibility in debates in the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains an explanation of the concepts of family, kinship, partnership and marriage, and familiarize readers with theoretical approaches of family forms and issues of gay and lesbian families.
