Abstract:
V rámci této práce bylo vyhotoveno 29 preparátů srdcí 26 druhů ptáků metodou plastinace. Tyto druhy patří do 7 řádů: Anseriformes, Galliformes, Pelicaniformes, Accipitriformes, Charadriiformes, Columbiformes, Strigiformes, Piciformes a Passeriformes. Metoda plastinace spočívá v nahrazení tkáňové tekutiny tvrdnoucím polymerem. Vyhotovené preparáty srdcí si zachovaly svoji původní strukturu a barvu a …moreAbstract:
During the practical part, 29 hearts of 26 bird species were preserved by plastination method. Those species belongs to 7 orders: Anseriformes, Galliformes, Pelicaniformes, Accipitriformes, Charadriiformes, Columbiformes, Strigiformes, Piciformes and Passeriformes.
