State-law Problems in Civics Teaching

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce Státoprávní problematika ve výuce občanské výchovy je didakticky propojit téma demokracie s projektovou výukou a realizovat na základní škole projekt s názvem „Rozumíme demokracii“. První část práce je věnována pojmu demokracie, jejímu teoretickému uchopení a vymezení vůči totalitě v intencích politické filozofie, politické vědy. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje obecně na stát a demokratický stát z hlediska obecné státovědy a ústavního práva a konkrétně se věnuje demokratickému politickému systému České republiky. Z didaktických důvodu vymezuji politický systém státu pouze formálně, za využití Ústavy České republiky (ústavního z. č. 1/1993 Sb.) a odhlížím od politické praxe. Třetí a čtvrtá část jsou koncipovány ryze didakticky. Třetí kapitola se zabývá problematikou projektové výuky teoreticky. Objasňuje vznik a vývoj projektové výuky, její terminologii a charakteristiku projektu jako výukové metody. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje samotný projekt „Rozumíme demokracii“ ve všech jeho fázích.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis State-law Problems in Civics Teaching is the issue democracy didactically interconnecting with the project-based learning and implemented at the elementary school project with the title „We understand democracy“. The first part is dedicated to the concept of democracy, its theoretical approaches and delimitation against the totality in the intentions of political philosoph and political science. The second chapter focuses on the general state and democratic state in terms of theory of state and Czech constitutional law and is specifically dedicated to the democratic systém political system of the Czech Republic. Didactic purposes, defines the political systém of the state only formally, using the Constitution of the Czech Republic (Constitutional Act no. 1/1993 Coll.) and abstracting out from political practice. The third and fourth parth are conceived a purely didactically. The third chapter deals with project-based learning theory. Explain the formation and development of project-based learning, the terminology and description of the projekt as a projeck education. The fourth chapter describes the project itself „We understand democracy“ in all its stages. The final phase is a reflection of the success of the project. In the evaluation is reflected the purpose of the project, which is projected in the title itself: we understand democracy, its meaning for the functioning of the state and the purport that has for the life of each individual as a member of civil society.
