Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sociální prací s mnohoproblémovými rodinami. Teoretická část má za cíl pomocí dostupné literatury uvést čtenáře do daného tématu. Seznamuje jej např. s pojmy rodina, mnohoproblémová rodina, sociální práce či sociální služba. Praktická část ukazuje prostřednictvím případové studie konkrétní mnohoproblémové rodiny, jakou úlohu zastává sociální pracovník při řešení problémů rodiny a jak celá spolupráce rodiny s danou službou probíhá. ? Hlavním cílem práce je blíže popsat fungování konkrétní sociálně-aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi působící v Ostravě, a prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu charakterizovat, jak je služba nápomocná při řešení problémů vybrané mnohoproblémové rodiny. ? Praktická část diplomové práce je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem a má za cíl na základě případová studie vybrané mnohoproblémové rodiny zjistit, jakým způsobem může být pracovník konkrétní sociálně-aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi nápomocen mnohoproblémové rodině s řešením jejich problémů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with social work with multiproblem families. The aim of the theoretical part is with the help of available literature introduce a reader into the topic. It makes the reader familiar with terms e.g.: family, multiproblem family, social work and social service. The practical part shows, with the help of a case study of the specific multiproblem family, the role of the social worker at solving problems of the family. It describes the cooperation between the social service and the multiproblem family. ? The main goal of this thesis is to disrcibe how the specific social activation services for families with children acting in Ostrava works and to characterize by the qualitative research how the service is helpful in solving problems of the selected multiproblem family. ? The practical part of the thesis is made up of the qualitative research. The aim of this part is on the basis of case studies of selected multiproblem family to find out how the social worker of the specific social activation services for families with children can help the family deal with their problems.
