Abstract:
Retinitis pigmentosa je skupina genetických onemocnění, při které v důsledku de-generace fotoreceptorových buněk v sítnici dochází k postupné ztrátě zraku. V některých případech se mutace způsobující tuto nemoc nacházejí v genech kódujících proteiny, kte-ré jsou součástí spliceozomu, mohou tak mít vliv na průběh sestřihu pre-mRNA. Abstract:
Retinitis pigmentosa is a group of genetic disorders, in which in consequence of degeneration of photereceptor cells in retina is happening progressive loss of vision. In some cases mutations, which cause this disorder, are located in genes encoding proteins, which are components of spliceosome. They can have effect on process of splicing pre-mRNA.
