Abstract:
Práce pojednává o problematice financování podniku formou prvotní emise akcí, zkráceně IPO. Cílem práce je popsat proces IPO a porovnat podmínky realizace IPO na jednotlivých trzích. Náklady na realizaci IPO byly porovnány s potenciálními výnosy na daných trzích a z této komparace byly vyvozeny závěry ohledně vhodnosti daných trhů pro realizaci IPO. Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with an issue of financing company via Initial Public Offering. The goal of the thesis is to describe process of IPO and compare conditions of conducting an IPO on selected markets. Costs of conducting IPOs are compared with potential gains on selected markets and conclusions about appropriateness of each market for realization of IPO are drawn on basis of this comparison.
