Diplomová práce je zaměřena na význam provázanosti poučovací povinnosti a zákonné koncentrace ve sporném řízení podle části první až třetí zákona č. 99/1963 Sb., občanský soudní řád. V práci jsou vymezeny základní pojmy poučovací povinnosti a zákonné koncentrace a především je provedena analýza způsobu poučení o zákonné koncentraci a důsledkům při absenci nebo nesprávném poučení. This diploma thesis focuses on the importance of the interconnection of the information duty of the court and the legal concentration in the lawsuit under the first to third part of Act No. 99/1963 Coll., The Civil Procedure Code.
