Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou agilních metodik vývoje softwaru se zaměřením na sociální aspekty. The Diploma thesis deals with agile methodologies of software development with special focus on its social aspects. It begins with a summary of origins of agile methodologies and with a description of the Agile Manifesto.
