Abstract:
Bakalářská práce poskytuje informace o fungování obcí a jejich hospodaření. Cílem této práce je porozumět rozpočtu a financování obcí. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou obce, působností obce a orgány obce. Také popisuje rozpočet obce, rozpočtovou skladbu a rozpočtový proces.
