The Scope of the Czech Customs Administration
Abstract:
Cílem práce je charakterizovat úkoly Celní správy ČR v kontextu historického vývoje a dále těžiště bakalářské práce spočívá v rozboru a charakteristice činností současné Celní správy ČR. V Bakalářské práci jsem také provedl základní srovnání dosud účinného zákona o Celní správě ČR s novým zákonem o Celní správě ČR, který nabude účinnosti 1. ledna 2013.
Abstract:
The aim is to characterize tasks Customs Administration in the context of historical development and the focus of the thesis is an analysis of current activities and characteristics of Customs Administration. In the thesis I also did a comparison of basic yet effective Law on Customs Administration with the new Law on Customs Administration, which will come into effect on 1 January 2013.
