Bakalářská práce se zabývá toxikologicky významnými látkami, jež se v největší míře podílejí na letálních intoxikacích lidského organismu. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány lékové přípravky z hlediska farmakologického. Je zde také zmínka o jejich toxicitě a možných nežádoucích interakcích s některými dalšími látkami. The Bachelor thesis deals with the toxicologically relevant substances that most often participate in lethal intoxications of human body. In the theoretical part, the medicaments are characterized in terms of pharmacology. There is also a reference to their toxicity and possible undesirable interactions with some other medicaments.
