Nanoparticles in molecular spectroscopy
Abstract:
Tato práce je rozdělená do tří částí. První část se zabývá syntézou CdTe a Ag nanočástic. Obsahuje také výzkum procesu jednokrokové “bottom-up“ syntézy. Druhá část se zabývá vybranými metodami analýzy připravených nanočástic pomocí luminiscenční a absorpční spektroskopie. Závěrečná část obsahuje vybrané aplikace těchto nanočástic v analytické spektroskopii.
Abstract:
This work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with synthesis of CdTe and Ag based nanoparticles. Process of one-pot bottom-up synthesis is described and results are shown. The second part covers selected methods of analysis of prepared nanoparticles including absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy.
