Psychological aspects of tactics in interrogation of children witnesses

Dítě je leckdy jediný svědek spáchaného trestného činu a jako zvlášť zranitelná oběť potřebuje specifický přístup při vyšetřování, který je důležitý, jak z důvodů samotného získání věrohodných informací, tak předejití nežádoucím následkům, na které jsou děti obzvláště citlivé, jako je např. retraumatizace či sekundární viktimizace. Abstract:
Sometimes, child is the only witness of the crime and as extra vulnerable witness needs specific approach in investigation. It is very important not only for gain trustworthy information, but also for prevention negative results like retraumatization or secondary victimization. This work is dedicated to correct process in interrogation of children witnesses.
