Nursing Issues in Patients with stroke after application Actilysis

Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou problematiku u pacientů s cévní mozkovou příhodou, léčenou lékem Actilýse. V teoretické části je charakteristika cévní mozkové příhody, cévní zásobení mozku, rozdělení cévních mozkových příhod, rizikové faktory, prevence a diagnostika. Podrobně je zde rozepsána léčba Actilýsou, její indikace, kontraindikace a komplikace. V praktické části je zpracován ošetřovatelský proces podle konceptuálního modelu Marjory Gordonové formou dvou kazuistik pacientů, kterým byl podán lék Actilýse a byli hospitalizováni na iktové jednotce. V první kazuistice popisuji případ pacienta, u kterého nastali po trombolytické terapii komplikace. V druhé kazuistice popisuji případ pacientky, které po léčbě trombolýzou se stav upravil téměř do stavu plného zdraví. Zaměřuji se na ošetřovatelskou problematiku, při komplikacích léčby, rozpoznání změn zdravotního stavu po podání systémové trombolýzy.

Abstract:

SUMMARY Bachelor thesis is focused on nursing issues in patients with ischemic stroke, treated with a medicine Actilýse. In the theoretical part is characteristic of a stroke, blood supply to the brain, the allocation of strokes, risk factors, prevention, and diagnosis. There is a broken down in more detail the treatment of Actilýse, its indications, contraindications and complications. In the practical part of the nursing process is handled by the conceptual model in the form of two case reports Marjory Gordon's patients who were administered the drug Actilýse and were hospitalized at the stroke unit. In the first case report I describe the patient's case which had come into being after thrombolytic therapy complications. In the second case I describe the case report patients after thrombolysis treatment is almost to the status of the modified full health. I focus on nursing issues, complications of treatment, detect changes in health status following the administration of the system thrombolysis.
