The Criminal Acts in Traffic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Trestné činy v dopravě“ pojednává o trestných činech, které je v dopravě možné spáchat a průběhu jejich šetření, od prvotních úkonů na místě nehody po výkon rozhodnutí. Cílem práce je seznámení se s trestnými činy spáchanými v silniční dopravě a s činností policie, státního zástupce a soudů během jejich šetření. Dalším cílem je zjistit počet dopravních nehod v posledních pěti letech, počet úmrtí a určit, zda tyto počty stoupají či klesají. K nalezení odpovědí jsou použity veřejně přístupné statistiky dopravních nehod za každý sledovaný rok. Výsledky jsou dále analyzovány a porovnávány navzájem.

Abstract:

The thesis „The Criminal Acts in Traffic“ deals with the criminal acts in the road traffic and with the process from an investigation on a scene after a decision. The objective of the thesis is to become acqwainted with all of the criminal acts in the road traffic and with the activity of police, Public Prosecutor and courts during the investigation. Another objective is to find out the number of traffic accidents during the last five years, the number of deaths and to determine if the numbers rise of decrease. For finding out the answers are used the publicly accesible statistics of traffic accidents fo every year. The results are analized and compered to each other.
