Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá novým ochranným opatřením v českém trestním právu, kterým je zabezpečovací detence. Tento institut byl do českého právního řádu zavedena po mnohaletých diskusích až s účinností zákona č. 129/2008 Sb., o výkonu zabezpečovací detence a o změně některých souvisejících zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, tedy k 1. lednu 2009. Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is the security detention system, a new type of protective measure in the Czech criminal legislation. This system wasn´t introduced in the Czech criminal justice system until the Act on Execution of the Security Detention System and on Amendment of Some Related Acts, No. 129/2008 Coll., as amended, became effective on 1st January 2009.
