Cílem diplomové práce bylo popsat, jakým způsobem právní úprava reaguje na problémy související s welfare v chovech hybridů masného typu kura domácího. Bylo zjištěno, že legislativní úprava neřeší negativní vlivy šlechtění objevující se ve všech typech chovů. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to describe how legislation responds to problems related to welfare in the breeding of meat-type domestic chicken hybrids. It was found that the legislative regulation does not solve the negative effects of breeding occurring in all types of stock.
