Hlavním předmětem této diplomové práce byla analýza současné právní úpravy dozoru a regulace kapitálového trhu v České republice a stručná komparace s úpravou této oblasti ve Spojených státech amerických. Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is the analysis of laws concerning supervision and regulation of the capital market in the Czech Republic comparing it with the same in the United States of America. When analyzing Czech laws in the specified field, my aim was to identify their flaws and to provide proposals for the remediation of such flaws. The thesis was finished on March 1, 2006.
