Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem stres a copingové strategie v oddělení PURINA PetCare CZ & SK. Primárním cílem práce je zmapovat zdroje stresu a strategie, potažmo techniky zvládání a vyrovnávání se se stresem. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of stress and coping strategies in the PURINA PetCare CZ & SK Department. The primary goal of this work is to map the causes of stress, coping strategies and techniques.
