Use of Specialists and Experts in the Criminalistic Activity

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice využití činností konzultantů, odborníků a znalců při kriminalistické činnosti. V případě institutu znalce, se zabývá jeho právním zakotvením, charakteristikou, kategorizací a pravomocemi. Pojednává také o formě vystavování znaleckého posudku. Dále se zabývá expertizní činností, kterou definuje a klasifikuje, popisuje stadia utváření znaleckého důkazu a uvádí stručný popis vybraných kriminalistických expertiz. V závěru práce pojednává o aplikaci znaleckých posudků a odborných vyjádření v praxi pověřených orgánů celní správy a o způsobu spolupráce těchto orgánů s odborníky a znalci.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the issues of use of the activities of consultants, specialists and experts in forensic activities. In the event of Institute of the expert, it deals with the legal state, characteristics, categorization and authority of this institute. It also discusses the form of issuing an expert´s opinion. It also deals with expert´s activities, which it defines and classifies, describes the stages of formulating of the expert evidence, and provides a brief description of selected forensic expertises. The final part deals with the application of specialist´s statements and expert´s opinions in the praxis of the competent authorities of the customs administration and the methods of the cooperation of those authorities with specialists and experts.
