ABSTRACT Diploma work concentrates on researching tax evidence by a tax administrator. Theoretical knowledge relating to existent issue are resources of this diploma work. ABSTRAKT Diplomová je zameraná na skúmanie evidencie daní správcom dane. Východiskom pre diplomovú prácu sú teoretické poznatky, týkajúce sa danej problematiky. Teoretická časť je obsiahnutá v dvoch podkapitolách. V prvej sme sa venovali daniam, ich klasifikácii, znakom ako aj právnemu a ekonomickému vymedzeniu.
