Translation of subtitles for "Closed spaces" movie with commentary
Abstract:
Diplomová práce jménem "Komentovaný překlad titulků k Filmu 'Zakrytyje prostranstva'" si klade za cíl popsat z teoretického hlediska základní principy procesu titulkování uměleckého filmu a následně tyto procesy demonstruje na vlastním titulkovém textu daného snímku s rozsáhlým komentářem, zabývajícím se jednotlivými translatologickými problémy tohoto textu.
Abstract:
Given thesis, called "Translation of subtitles for 'Closed spaces' movie with commentary, aims to describe the theoretical basis of subtitling of an art movie, while demonstrating them on the example of a translated subtitle text of this movie, giving a wide commentary on the individual translatological topics in this text.
